Weekly Tote Draw
The Social Section stage the Weekly Tote Draw every Monday evening at 9.3Opm. The average weekly payout is £270. To participate in the Tote Draw, obtain a tote envelope from the bar, choose two numbers between 1 and 30 which are automatically reversed. Each set of numbers costs 10p or you may enter 12 sets of numbers for £1. You do not need to come in on a Monday evening to take part in the Tote. Draws & Raffles
The Club stages a Grand Draw each Christmas with a 1st prize of £500.00. Tickets are NOW on sale. Smaller draws for gallon bottles of spirits, etc are staged at the Whitsuntide and August Bank Holidays.
Happy Hours
The Club stage Happy Hours on several occasions during the year when members can purchase drinks for 30p below our normal bar prices which are already some of the cheapest in the town. Happy Hours are traditionally held for St George's Day, The Cheltenham Racing Festival, the FA Cup Final, the Grand National and any other major events.
Sport
There are facilities for Snooker and Dominoes in the Club Bar where there are also three plasma screen televisions. All major sporting functions, including those which are exclusive to Satellite TV and “Pay Per View” are shown in the Club. There is also a large projection screen TV in the Upstairs Function Room. The Sports Section also organise at least two trips each year to horse racing meetings. Details of all forthcoming sporting events are advertised on the Club Notice Board.
